ā Returns ā How It Works
Youāve got 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we canāt offer a full refundābut weāll still try to help if we can.
To be eligible:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it
- It must be in its original packaging
- Youāll need proof of purchase (a receipt or order confirmation)
š« Items That Canāt Be Returned
Sadly, some items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable items (like digital bonuses or printable extras)
š³ Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, weāll send you an email to let you know weāve got it. If everything checks out, your refund will be approved and processed back to your original payment method.
Allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to pop the money back in your account. (They like to take their sweet time.)
ā Missing Refunds?
Havenāt seen it land yet? Try this:
- Check your bank account again (just in case itās hiding)
- Contact your card providerāit might still be pending
- Speak to your bank, as processing times vary

š Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If thatās happened, email us at shop@whogivesaduck.co.uk and weāll sort it out faster than a duck on a slipānāslide.
If your item is defective or damaged, weāll cover the cost of return postage. Just let us know as soon as possible at shop@whogivesaduck.co.uk.
š Gift Returns
If you received the game as a gift:
- If it was sent directly to you and marked as a gift, youāll get a gift credit once we receive your return
- If it wasnāt marked as a gift (or was sent to the gift-giver first), the refund goes back to the original buyer

- Pay for the return postage yourself
- Use a trackable shipping service or add insurance (especially for pricier items)āwe can’t guarantee your duckling makes it back safely without it
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless thereās been a fault on our end.
