We want you to love Who Gives a Duck?! as much as we do. But if something’s gone wrong, here’s what to do.

āœ… Returns – How It Works

You’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund—but we’ll still try to help if we can.

To be eligible:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • You’ll need proof of purchase (a receipt or order confirmation)

🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned

Sadly, some items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable items (like digital bonuses or printable extras)

šŸ’³ Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve got it. If everything checks out, your refund will be approved and processed back to your original payment method.

Allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to pop the money back in your account. (They like to take their sweet time.)


āŒ› Missing Refunds?

Haven’t seen it land yet? Try this:

  1. Check your bank account again (just in case it’s hiding)
  2. Contact your card provider—it might still be pending
  3. Speak to your bank, as processing times vary

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If that’s happened, email us at shop@whogivesaduck.co.uk and we’ll sort it out faster than a duck on a slip’n’slide.

If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll cover the cost of return postage. Just let us know as soon as possible at shop@whogivesaduck.co.uk.


šŸŽ Gift Returns

If you received the game as a gift:

  • If it was sent directly to you and marked as a gift, you’ll get a gift credit once we receive your return
  • If it wasn’t marked as a gift (or was sent to the gift-giver first), the refund goes back to the original buyer

You’ll need to:

  • Pay for the return postage yourself
  • Use a trackable shipping service or add insurance (especially for pricier items)—we can’t guarantee your duckling makes it back safely without it

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there’s been a fault on our end.
